Grand Almaira is a Property Developer located in Bandung, Indonesia. With a special transaction concept based on Islamic law, their target market is specifically for Muslim people looking to own property through halal means.
The brand needed to feel premium, trustworthy, family-friendly, and culturally aligned — a visual identity that communicates both luxury and Islamic values simultaneously.
The owner had a problem with the branding process — he didn't know how to introduce Grand Almaira to the public effectively. The brand needed to give the public a comfortable impression while still feeling luxurious and trustworthy enough for high-value property transactions.
I acted as Designer and Design Consultant, crafting a complete brand identity for Grand Almaira from the ground up.
Key client requirements: friendly yet luxurious feel, a logo that stands out from competitors, and a family-friendly visual identity. Deliverables included a logo system, Product Knowledge book, brochure design, and banner design.
I created 3 logo directions, each exploring a different balance of elegance and Islamic character. The client immediately selected the third option — clean, family-friendly, and distinctly premium.
After the logo was approved, I produced mockups showing how it would look across real-world applications — building client confidence in the brand before moving to collateral.
The client needed a Product Knowledge book to introduce their property projects to potential buyers. I designed this as a premium-feel printed document aligned with the brand system.
A folded brochure that summarises Grand Almaira's property offerings in a clean, digestible layout — designed to be handed to prospective buyers during presentations.
Large-format banner designs for use at property events and showrooms — bold, readable, and consistent with the overall brand direction.
